Waterstream cutting - It is the most effective way to cut different kind of material from metal to paper. Max size of material: 2000 x 3000 mm, max thickness of material 200 mm.

In our workshops there is a mordern machinery for manufacturing  a non-standart and unique products:

SPV X-X table is created and produced as a technological head for the direction and control of clean high-pressure water stream with abrasive.
It is the most effective way to cut different kind of material (from metal to paper).

The use of waterstream cutting:

Cutting all coal, hydra, stainless steel, nonferrous metal alloys, bimetal, glass, ceramics, stone, wood, veneer, wood shaving slabs, textile, different kind of plastic, leasure, rubber, polystyrene and polyurethane foam. 

Punching. The sheet thickness up to 6 mm, measure – 1000 x 1250 mm.

CNCHAP – hidraulic bending press

This hidraulic bending press with grafical interface control, with mechanic upper beam, plus standart 4 automatic axes and 8 axes optional. Back gauge system driven by AC Indramant servo motors and a standart execution.         

                                            
Graphical control with sequence of bends and collisions provides material type, thickness, width, angles, lengths and others necessary regulations.

Max material width 4,2 m.
Pressure 160 t.
Max bending 18 mm.
Min bending 0,5 mm.             

CNCHVR – hidraulic  guillotine Shear

CNCHVR - that’s range of angle adjustable hydraulic guillotine shears with hydraulick operated blade gap. Machine can be easily programmed using Cybelec user friendly control panel.

Parameters:
The length of working  4100 mm
The thickness of ferrous metal for cutting can reach 10 mm.
The thickness of stainless steell for cutting can reach 6 mm.

Milling

There are 4 hydraulic drum shafts EH 206 P for sheet material milling.

Machines discribtion:
One whole assemble strukture, forged and tempered shafts up to 55HRC. Mashenes are working only with hydraulics (hydraulic engines and reducing gears), all the bending shafts are driving hidraulically, between wich there is a hidraulic connection. Maksimum of minimum bending parameters are equal three multiply the diameter of upper shaft, it is by one sheet drive we can get product with diameter, wich equal three  upper shaft diameter by bending maksimum thickness till 6 mm. Shafts parallelism stays bacause of hard satellite holdings The move of side bending shifts up to upper shift turning araund satellite axis.
